Expect a 24 hour turnaround for all services except for special requests such as extended photoshop work for lawn replacement or item removal.
HOW LONG DO SERVICES TAKE AT THE PROPERTY?
Our services range from 1 hour to 5 hours depending on how many services are ordered. Expect 2-3 hours for measurements and photos. Expect up to 5 hours if all services such as video, photos, measurements, virtual tour, and floorplan are ordered.
DOES VIVID PEAK OFFER ANY PHOTOSHOP?
Yes! We are pleased to offer some photoshop services to remove fridge magnets, minor lawn repair, etc. if necessary and requested. We do our best to produce the best photos and photoshop as needed. However, we will not remove physical features of the property such as holes in drywall, windows, or anything not temporary.
WHAT ARE WAYS TO SPEED UP THE PHOTO SHOOT?
To increase the speed and quality of the end result, we request that the property be clean, tidy, and that all lights are turned on with every light bulb working. Opening the blinds, clearing fridge magnets and other distracting objects will help improve the quality of the photoshoot and save time for the photographer.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We accept all cancellations, no questions asked and no penalty. We simply ask that cancellations are notified before the scheduled time as early as possible. If a shoot needs to be rescheduled, please utilize our reschedule link in the confirmation email that you recieved after booking a shoot.
IS VIVID PEAK INSURED?
Vivid Peak is covered for $1,000,000 in general liability insurance as well as $1,000,000 in Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance. Our insurance policy also covers privacy breaches just in case. You can rest assured.
WHAT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE?
We strongly encourage those that are not satisfied with our quality to submit an email to [email protected] with details relating to quality of services received. This helps us improve our services greatly for future shoots. A reshoot or further editing can be provided free of charge if quality is not achieved.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?
Vivid Peak accepts Visa, MasterCard, cash, or etransfer. We email an invoice that can be directly paid online, or can receive cash payment in person at the time of the shoot. All fees are due following the shoot when the invoice is sent by email. Payment is required to receive the finished digital content from Vivid Peak.
