HOW ARE SERVICES PRICED ON PROPERTY AREA?

All packages and services that utilize the iGuide system are priced based on billable square footage. Billable square footage accounts for all floor area that is photographed and measured. This includes below-grade area. We can skip the basement to reduce your bill if you desire.

WHAT IF I CHOOSE THE WRONG SQUARE FOOTAGE?

If you accidentally choose the wrong square footage during the booking process, there is no need to sweat it! We will simply refund or charge the difference to the card used during the online booking process. If it’s really close, such as a 2501 sqft property, we will just give you the 1500-2500 sqft pricing anyways. 

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?

Expect a 24 business hour turnaround for all photos, virtual tours, measurements and floorplans. Expect up to 72 business hours on all video services. 

HOW LONG DO SERVICES TAKE AT THE PROPERTY?

Our services typically range from 1 hour to 5 hours depending on the size of property and how many services are ordered. Our Photos Package for a 2500 sqft home takes about 2 hours.

DOES VIVID PEAK OFFER ANY PHOTOSHOP?

Yes! We are pleased to offer some photoshop services to remove fridge magnets, minor lawn repair, etc. if necessary and requested. We do our best to produce the best photos and photoshop as needed. However, we will not remove physical features of the property such as holes in drywall, windows, or anything that is not considered temporary.

WHAT ARE WAYS TO SPEED UP THE PHOTO SHOOT?

To increase the speed and quality of the end result, we request that the property be clean, tidy, and that all lights are turned on with every light bulb working and of the same colour rating. Opening the blinds, clearing fridge magnets and other distracting objects will help improve the quality of the photoshoot and save time for the photographer.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We accept all cancellations, no questions asked and no penalty as long as it is at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. If a booking needs to be rescheduled, please utilize our reschedule link in the confirmation email that you recieved after booking.

IS VIVID PEAK INSURED?

Vivid Peak is covered for $1,000,000 in general liability insurance as well as $1,000,000 in Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance through the Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company. Our insurance policy also covers privacy breaches just in case. You can rest assured.

WHAT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE?

We strongly encourage those that are not satisfied with our quality to submit an email to [email protected] with details relating to quality of services received. This helps us improve our services greatly for future shoots. A reshoot or further editing can be provided free of charge if satisfactory quality is not achieved.

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?

Vivid Peak accepts Visa, MasterCard, cash, or etransfer, however we require a valid credit card and a $20 deposit for all online bookings. An automatic email with the invoice will be sent immediately following the property shoot. You may pay in full when booking or make payment after the shoot. Whichever is most convenient for you. Payment is required to receive the finished digital content from Vivid Peak.
