HOW ARE SERVICES PRICED ON PROPERTY AREA?

All packages and measurement services prices are based on billable square footage. Billable square footage accounts for the RMS-compliant above grade area. This area differs between detached and attached properties. Attached and semi-attached properties are based on interior measurements. Detached properties are based on exterior measurements. WHAT IF I CHOOSE THE WRONG SQUARE FOOTAGE?

If you accidentally choose the wrong square footage during the booking process, you will not be charged any differently for which square footage you choose. However, choosing a square footage closest to the actual property size helps us deliver the best results. We allocate time based on the property information you give us. Choosing a property size significantly less than the actual property restrcits our ability to produce great results. Please choose the closest square footage, or greater, to ensure we have enough time!

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?

For photos, measurements, iGuide tours, and floorplans to take 24-48 business hours (Monday-Saturday). Videos may take up to 72 business hours.

HOW LONG DO SERVICES TAKE AT THE PROPERTY?

Our services typically range from 1 hour to 5 hours depending on the size of property and how many services are ordered. Our Photos Tour Package for a 1500 sqft home takes about 2 hours.

DOES VIVID PEAK OFFER ANY PHOTOSHOP?

Yes! We are pleased to offer some photoshop services to remove fridge magnets, minor lawn repair, etc. if necessary and requested. We do our best to produce the best photos and photoshop as needed. However, we will not remove physical features of the property such as holes in drywall, windows, or anything that is not considered temporary.

WHAT ARE WAYS TO SPEED UP THE PHOTO SHOOT?

To increase the speed and quality of the end result, we request that the property be clean, tidy, and that all lights are turned on with every light bulb working and of the same colour (either all warm light or daylight colour, but not both). Opening the blinds, clearing fridge magnets and other distracting objects will help improve the quality of the photoshoot and save time for the photographer.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We accept all cancellations, no questions asked and no penalty as long as it is at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. If a booking needs to be rescheduled, please utilize our reschedule link in the confirmation email that you recieved after booking. A $50 fee will be incurred for all no-shows and any cancellation made less than 4 hours before the appointment start time. A no-show is deemed as any lateness exceeding 15 minutes from the appointment start time without any notice to Vivid Peak.

IS VIVID PEAK INSURED?

Vivid Peak is covered for $1,000,000 in general liability insurance as well as $1,000,000 in Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance through the Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company. Our insurance policy also covers privacy breaches just in case. You can rest assured.

All measurements are accompanied by the method of measurement, all dimensions, and a schematic floorplan using colour coding to identify which areas are included and which are excluded from the property area. This is all used to easily defend and prove the accuracy and compliance of our measurements.

WHAT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE?

Please contact us at concerns@vividpeak.ca with details relating to any concerns you have with our services, pricing, or quality. This helps us improve our services greatly for future shoots. A reshoot or further editing can be provided free of charge if satisfactory quality is not achieved. Vivid Peak in some circumstances may issue a full refund if we cannot achieve your satisfaction.

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?

Vivid Peak accepts Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal, however we require a valid credit card for all online bookings. Vivid Peak utilizes Stripe payment processing to automatically charge the credit card for all online bookings. An invoice will always be sent immediately after delivering content.
